She graduated from the Medical University of Pleven in 1987 and obtained her specialties in Internal Medicine and Pneumology and Phthisiology in 1994 and 1997.
Dr. Mladenova has been working in the Pneumophthisiatric office in Levski for 5 years.
Between 1992 and 2008 she worked as a pulmonologist at the Clinic of Pulmonology and Phthisiology, University Hospital Dr. Georgi Strranski, Medical University in Pleven.
She practiced as an internal medicine specialist and pulmonologist in a polyclinic, hospices and an Emergency Medicine Center in Madrid, Spain from 2009 to 2012. She has worked in 15 Medical Centers in Sofia, First Hospital EAD - Sofia and MI - Ministry of Internal Affairs Sofia.
Currently she is part of the team of specialists of the Medical Center Hemus and Polyclinic Bulgaria. She speaks English, Spanish and Russian.
